Refund Policy

Cancellations & Returns
We accept cancellations within 7 days from the date of booking, provided it is at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation date. To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the cancellation through your dashboard or contact our support team.
Refunds
Once we receive your cancellation request and verify its eligibility, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any payment gateway processing charges incurred during the initial transaction.
Rescheduling
If you would like to reschedule your booking for a different date, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of your original booking date. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the rescheduling, subject to provider availability.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain bookings are non-refundable. These include:
- Last-minute bookings made within 24 hours of the check-in time.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Specific holiday packages marked explicitly as non-refundable.
- No-shows (failure to arrive without prior cancellation).
Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after we approve your cancellation. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
