Account creators are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials, including passwords and One-Time Passwords (OTPs). You agree to provide fully accurate, verified, and legal descriptions of your properties during directory entry creation, and you may not use our infrastructure for any unlawful advertising or spamming purposes.

CoupleDayOut.com operates exclusively as a B2B Classified Directory and Digital Advertising platform. We sell digital space, profile-boosting options, and listing subscriptions directly to independent property owners (publishers). We do not operate an online booking engine, we do not handle room reservations, and we do not collect transaction funds on behalf of travelers; all accommodation bookings and customer service payments occur entirely offline or off-platform directly between the traveler and the property host.

By purchasing a listing upgrade or feature boost, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method via PayHere. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or take down any property advertisement listing if it contains misleading information, unauthorized imagery, or is suspected of fraudulent activity.

All native platform elements, brand names, custom directory software frameworks, logos, and layout aesthetics are the exclusive intellectual property of CoupleDayOut.com. Media assets uploaded by publishers remain the property of their respective creators, but publishers grant CoupleDayOut.com a non-exclusive license to display those assets for promotional directory purposes.

In no event shall CoupleDayOut.com or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of off-platform rental transactions, traveler behavior, property conditions, or disputes between publishers and their independent customers.
